NOTICE OF SHIPPING RATE & IMPORT COST INCREASE

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that due to the significant increase in ocean freight charges and additional import costs, we are implementing the following rate adjustments:

1. Ocean Freight Increase

• Previous surcharge: RM25/m³

• Revised surcharge: RM45/m³

• Effective for shipments loaded on or after 26 October 2026.

2. Additional Import Cost

• Estimated additional cost: RM20/m³

• Applicable to shipments arriving at the port on 31 October 2026 or earlier.

• This additional cost is not included in the shipping rates stated in our rate sheet and remains subject to final confirmation.

We regret any inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. These adjustments are necessary to reflect the significant increase in shipping and import-related costs.
